What do ya think of my shot at running lights?

boca: I actually had these imported overseas through a friend that offered it to me and had to make some alternations to make sure they will last on the front of an automobile through weather. I never really considered selling them when I first started but actually had quite a few PMs about it.
Long story short, we were talking and i brought it up about the running lights and he had something I could use and the rest is history.

Can you take a close up picture of one of them? They look AWESOME and like you said, from the distance of your picture, look like they could be OEM. They're also nice and bright. Please do a write up with pics of all necessitated hardware and where to get them. Seems like a pretty easy DIY as long as we know where to source the parts. I too am very interested. Even though I don't have a TT, I plan on getting one in the very near future and this is one of the first mods I'd like to do. I'm starting to amass parts for when I do get it.

If you read my other post, I noticed my source for the parts. I wish I had time to do a write up but dont at the moment. I literally did it at 3AM because my days are so full. I would also need to do it on someone else's car to do a write up since mines already set. It was rather simple when you have the right things to work with. I will try to get some closeups but my camera is old and cant do macro shots for clarity. I can certainly see this setup being fitted to any car with the right looking bumper or shaped air ducts...

So update: After talking to my buddy about these and regarding the PMs I've been getting, whose actually interested in this? Or should i pat myself on the back and call it a day
