fuel pump noise

my Gt2 fuel pump started making a loud wineing noise. has anybody had this? thanks carl

Is the car low on fuel? A lot of times pumps make a lot more noise when there is low fuel in the tank. If not, you may want to bring the car in for service.

No its full i checked my gt3 and it doesn't make the same loud whine, although you can still hear it. carl

I think it may be time to schedule the dreaded dealer appointment

. Last thing you want is to get stranded with a bad fuel pump. Please let us know how you make out.
