Mines at about 13 volts driving since I replaced it. I did it in the garage with some basic hand tools. Its nto super tuff but getting it in and out is very difficult because of the tight clearances. I had to hammer it in and pry it out with a jack extension. Besides that its relatively quick besides in and out of the mounting bracket.

 

had mine die on me while in warranty and some 15k miles on it, dealer replaced it.
