Do HRE's from my 996tt fit on a 997C4S

Just wondering....

I know that you can put 997tt wheels on a 996tt using spacers....
So logically thinking, knowing this, If you would do the opposite the
(996tt wheels) would be ''sticking out'' of the wheel wells on the 997 C4S right?
