Hello,
The Durametric tool uses a very low voltage is only from the LED activation. I would assume the car was not running and perhaps you had several of the users on? AC blower, radio etc. This with a week battery could cause it to lower to a point that it would not start.

You may want to fully charge your battery and check the cells for their specific gravity and perform a load test on it.

Best Regards,

I had the durametric software hooked up with the laptop running over an hour 2 nights ago with no adverse result. Sounds like a bad cell in the battery.

iirc I think there is a message when you open the software which tells you to connect the car battery to a suitable battery charger when running the durametric

I used Durametric often on my car (static) for long period using "drive links" for fans, vario cams etc and never had any battery problems....

Use the battery charger method or check your battery. How is your program?
