GT700 and above, what gear do you still break traction?

I have a 01 with I think a evo GT640 kit (came with the car). It hits max 1.1 bar on pump tune. With PS2 on stock wheels awd, I break rear traction easily when I punch it in second and it chirps in third. It has a GIAC tune which hits hard near 3K. Maybe not as smooth as newer evoms tune but I kind of like how hard it hits then.

I haven't lost yet vs street encounters with C6 Z06, M5, M6, HPF stage 2 E46 M3, F360 (lol, not even close with that poor Ferrari)

I have no idea when GT700 or above would be like, anybody with street driving impressions? Not interested in race gas performance as this is just my frequent street/near daily driver.
Would GT700 be that much different in real world feel compared to what I have? What boost do they hit on pump gas? What happens if you punch it in 3rd gear assuming stock size tires in good condition?
