How to identify an X50 996?

hello people...

kinda new to this forum, i have a quick question..tried the search button with no results..the website keeps logging me off for some reason..anyhow..back to the subject..

how does one identify an X50 from a regular TT?

2 easy ways...look at the ICs...the fins are a dead give away...also look at the sticker under the front lid...

Stick your hand in the rear bumper and feel for the fin grooves on the IC, the fins will protrude above the surface. The std 996TT fins are flush with the IC.
