Double adjustability is being able to change compression and rebound.

The 3 and 4 way adjustable shocks allow you to adjust high speed and low speed compression or rebound.

Make sense?

Mike

Just curious. What would be the optimum setting (1,2,3 etc?) for street and track use? Or it just depends?

Luting, just stay with double adjustable... Unless you track hard and on different courses a lot you won't get any real benefit. The more ***** you have to play with the more you have to know in terms of dialing it in Not easy

For example Carey brought up a very good point. When using remote resevoirs make sure you're on a lift to adjust them. All four wheels need to be off of the ground.

Alex ... Sorry abou that, I think I may have confused you on that. The car only needs to be off the ground and fully extended when setting the pressures. You can adjust the compression and rebound ***** (with or without canisters) when the car is on the ground.

Mike, it sorta depends but a safe place to always start with the JRZ's is about 5 to 6 clicks counter clockwise from zero on the shock side (rebound) and 3 to 4 clicks counter clockwise from zero on the canisters (compression)

Try to never go below 80 PSI, usually stay in the 150 to 175 PSI range but in some cases you can go as high as 250 to 275 PSI .... like you said it all depends
