Trunk lid switch problem

I recently had the dreaded dead battery situation. I opened the car with my key and pulled the extendable red truck fuse in the fuse box like the manual instructs. I then hooked a battery charger to the red truck box/fuse, but didn't realize that the battery charger was set to 75 amps, rather than 12 amps. Well, needless to say, the alarm went off, but I couldn't get the truck switch to work. I had to eventually pull the engine lid cable with a coat hanger so I could recharge the battery. Now, the alarm doesn't turn on, the remote won't open the doors or set the alarm, the truck switch doesn't work, and my radio can't detect the OEM disc changer in the trunk. I'm pretty sure I fried something. Does anyone know if there is a fuse for the red truck release block that I might have fried?

playhard is infamous around these parts
The same thing happened to me turns out there’s a fuse in the CD changer (remove the changer and unscrew the metal plate that cover s the connectors it’s in there) that blew changed the fuse then presto music. As for the remote and alarm no clue yet working on it, the trunk turned out to be a actuator pt number 99651112700 about $105 CND tax in. Also check the fuse if you have nav on the back of the PCM unit.
