guys, help me out here...

for a few weeks now I notice while highway driving at 60-65 mph I randomly have a sudden quick deccelleration (millisecond) -boost is fine . any idea what would cause this.

Drbill, It's normal. It's the vario cam timing.

I think I experienced something similar on my Turbo. It seemed that in any gear on the highway, the car would "buck" for a split second at around 3,200 RPMS. Is this the variocam also? TIA.

ESK, yes I notice it around +-3K RPM. The vario cam has an solenoid operated camshaft adjuster. The system basically adjusts the varying overlap timing along with valve lift.
