Once I get my tuning all figured out, I'd love to do a friendly run against a 996tt - my car should be more or less equal on pump, but I'd love to see how it places. I'm working hard on my startup so hopefully soon I can be in a 996tt (or even 997 haha) as well...


The car was just featured in European Car this month . The custom tuning I have right now is running VERY low boost, but I'll be tweaking over the next few weeks, and should get it in the 400-450hp range (not really sure how far we'll be able to push it on craptane).

 

Use 100 octane.

 

Sounds like you could give a 996TT a good run! Good to see some more Audi drivers on here. Post more pics here ASAP or in Audi section. I'm looking at the AWE/Borla exhaust, is this what you use?

Save your gas.

I've run with plenty "450 hp" S4s at the track ( a real track, with corners and stuff) and they couldn't hang with a stock 996T running 93-94 (100 and 91 mixed) octane.

 

How about a 993tt running 1.1 bar or boost?

 

wow man your S4 is the cleanest i've seen. everything is matched very well and super smooth and clean. much love from another local car enthusiast. i'm in san mateo area. would love to see your car around someday.
