Based on what others have posted, and what I saw in the ad, I'd not expect to pay more than $47500.

myfootsmells is infamous around these parts
I don't keep my cars very long 1-1.5 yrs tops and I'm probably going to put 20-30k miles on the car. I'm concerned about the resale value that's all.

Should I be afraid of such a high mileage car?

There is 5 months / 100k miles CPO left. Think I should try and bargain that?

Well, if you are concerned about resale value this car isn't the car to really get

40k miles + (20K to 30K miles) = low resale.
