Need help on value

What would you expect a Porsche dealer to pay for my 03 GT 2 with no mods
and perfect condition with 10k miles? I may sell the car that frightens me. There is a Porsche dealer interested, but I really don't know what to ask. Any help from you guys would be appreciated. Thanks

You are asking the wrong question.... "What a Porsche Dealer will pay" will probably be $5-10,000 less that "what is it worth" and "what would I get selling this privately"

Thanks for your reply and advice. Now the right question. What could I expect to sell the car for if I sold it myself? Any help appreciated.

Privately, you could get up to the low 80's if it's really pristine and has one of the better color/interior schemes.. For a quick sale, I would think that somewhere in the mid $70k's would be a good place to start. It's a terrible market right now due to the economy.. that's why I chose to buy myself the exact Car you are selling (my Birthday present to myself)....2003 GT2, low miles no mods..

As stated, a dealer is going to give you considerably less, unless you are trading it in against a new Car... If you are looking at a car in the $100K + range, they have more room to make a profit...

80 shilling, i believe that you have a picture of my car in your avatar. It is silver with blk interior, and is pristine. Thanks for your help.

Mine has the "natural leather" and aluminum package.. STUNNING! Good luck. I suspect it may take a while for you to sell, but these higher end cars always need time... Mine was at the dealership that was selling it for 7 months before I bought it.. I called them for 5 months working on the price until we came to an agreement...

Don't give the dealer the satisfaction of putting $10,000 of your money in his pocket. Unless you are in financial straits, be patient, you will sell a wonderful car to a willing buyer.

I was going to say that 80shilling was just shopping for a GT2, and might have the best 'current knowledge' on price...

^^ agree with landjet... thicken your skin, set a fair price, and you will find the right buyer who will thank you for the car.
