i would be worried about rust getting into the threads. Also, looks like there is NOT enough stud coming through the lug nut.

Not too worry about the rust getting on the threads....
Regarding not enough studs.....I am getting 8-9 full turns on the studs. I made the nuts taller then what is actually needed......so all good....
