Quality Lug Nuts Needed......

Converted my 996 TT wheels bolts to studs.....tired of trying to line up the wheel before putting in the wheels bolts. Bought the studs from H&R, but need quality lug nuts (14x1.5)....dont want the cheap alumium lug nuts on Ebay or the acorn style nuts......any suggestions?

use the tool in the tool bag to line up the wheel it is easy . Just screw it and put the wheel on it to hold it in place.

sounds like a lot of work. I like the lug bolts, easy to replace and have different lenghts in my garage depending on spacer i'm using.

By using the aliment tool.......still requires holding up the wheel onto the mouting face of the brake rotor and the wheel is just hanging on the center hub lip......had the wheel come off that lip a few times and scratch up my inner wheel.......

When I use the alignment tool the wheel hangs on the alignment tool not on the center hub. I than just take a bolt swing the wheel on the alignment tool till I get the bolt in and lightly tighten it. I do it for 4 bolts and than remove the alignment tool. My Audi uses the same procedure never an issue of the wheel falling off the alignment tool while hanging on it.

I have used two alignment tools to mount the wheels. It makes it go much faster, especially with bigger wheel/tire setups.

RAD USA Direct was very helpful to me and have both spacers and cold forged Greman Steel lug bolts in any size you will need.
