Heated seat fail to work

My drivers side of my 996T heated seat is in-op. When I push the button the light goes on when pushed but the when I release it goes off and there is no indicator light. The seat does not warm up. My passenger seat works fine. Any Ideas? Switch or seat problems?

Same thing happened to me.

I was told it may be the relay...$80 part or the heater unit, $650 part. The thread above sounds good too. Let me know what you do.
