Oh hell yes.. the goal is Group B rally style launches with 2.x's in the rain

It does look better in person than pix I swear but you have to get used to it that's for sure...

Thanks Graham and heh... I know some wheels are going on very shortly so it's not like those are staying. But they are better than the gen1 997TT mitsubishi eclipse style ones

"Horrendous" is a bit harsh, but they certainly are unconventional, and style is a very unique, subjective opinion. That said, check out the factory wheels (at least, I assume they're factory wheels) on the silver coupe (last pic) in post #35 of this thread:

THOSE wheels look great, IMHO.

A few more updates today.... as we're starting to look at the some of the maps:

Creating "real" a dual-chip solution. That means two independent, full and switchable maps. This isn't a single file with a unit that "forces" certain ignition map.

Also James and Todd testing the "real" dual-chip solution (for 91 octane vs higher):

Not sure what to drive home tonight

hey skandalis... with it being a TT there's always some headroom. It'll depend on so many variables. It won't be as "easy" (if I can say that) as it was before to make power. Those days are over This one is going to take some serious R&D but I can certainly see it getting to 580-600 with some bolt ons.
