Whether you set your spring "tighter" or "looser" you have to set both your rebound AND your compression damping settings to the appropriate spring setting.

Of course, this all presumes you have to correct spring for your weight and
and application in place to begin with. If you don't, then all the adjustments in the world can only get you "close", but NEVER right.

Be sure and consult with a trusted suspension expert before you move forward with your upgrade!
Would you say that the PSS10s are better set up out of the box, or do you need to have the spring weight changed on those also?

I spoke with Jon today as being familiar with JIC products I, for one, am pretty excited about them making a 3-way suspension. The MSRP on the 3-ways is expected to be 6k-6500 and the two ways about 4k. As mentioned before aluminum or steel construction and made in the USA.

Can't wait to start dialing these bad boys in!!!!!

That's why a 3-way with proper rebound control should alleviate that and these will be awesome. Even the 2-way's will probably be very good. Compression is the easy part, rebound is where the control is.

It's tough making a un-adjustable rebound setting that's street and track-able without custom valving. Some people have revalved, their 1-way JIC's and put a heavier spring on it which allows you to reduce both the compression and rebound settings and get rid of the bouncing as well. But with an adjustable setting, it shouldn't be a problem.
