Who has the quickest 996Turbo ??
I guess that might be Alex (Sharkster) ?
Just heard he ran 10.97 @ 125mph

Alex trapped 123mph on the stock k-16 turbos @ 1.1bar (~16psi) w/ 100oct race gas, upsolute chip, and straight pipes I do believe.
It sounds to me like his ECU is holding him back, honestly. There needs to be a lot more tuning.

That's why you write tickets and not awards but seriously the radar gun is good for measuring speed and not precision timing. There's a reason they don't use them at the track. The light beams cars cross at the drag strip ensure that the part that breaks the starting plane is the part that also crosses the finish line.

I was going to say the same thing about Alex's car. With all the tuning and power enhancements shouldn't his MPH be well into the mid 130's?
125mph is indicating that his car does not have significantly more horsepower than a stock x-50 which comes through at 121mph. Clearly he has been practicing his launch and the fact that he has a Tiptronic is keeping his ET down, but why only 125mph?
