I'm running Speedtech muffler bypass and 100 cell cats. Really nice stuff, I almost didn't want to put it on the car when I got it in the mail.

Drones a bit at about 70mph, so it is hard to have a conversation at highway speeds without finding that RPM sweetspot so you can hear the other person, lol.

Saves a crapload of weight too.

I originally designed the 2.5 quiet cross-flow for myself using those parameters - I wanted a no drone exhaust for myself, as I am very sensitive to drone and it really bothers me. I think you would be extremely surprised and happy with this system. This is the only 996TT aftermarket exhaust that I have ever been totally pleased with - it makes driving fun and enjoyable without the overwhelming nuisance drone in the cabin. And you can use the OEM tips with it, if you order it that way. As a point of reference - I returned a Ruf exhaust for too much drone and that is a modified stock exhaust that most people do not think drones - I thought it had excessive drone...
Marski.... thanks so much for the response. Very much appreciated.
John, very good pitch. This is what I want. I really can't stand any drone and have been driven batchit by cars that do.
Intrested.

Glad to hear you're enjoying them and thanks for the feedback!

I think JJbravo had something a little tamer in mind :-) That said, I was a little surprised that muffler bypass pipes with cats are not as loud as I would have thought. Still way too much for me, personally, though.

Indeed, I was expecting it to be really loud, especially with 100cell cats. But it was quieter than I expected. However, it still sets off car alarms and sounds amazing in tunnels/garages, so that works for me.
