Evoms does, but you can have the plenum without the Y-pipe on your car but it performs better with a larger throttle body with does require a Y-pipe which is at least larger on one end.

Yes, Richard. As ari mentioned, we have the complete kit or any of the components separately - larger silicon intake hoses, 75mm Y-Pipe, 75mm throttle body and 75mm plenum, intercoolers and turbo inlet ducts - I believe ari has everything mentioned above installed. We have sold several of these kits and everyone has been very happy with the result. And you are correct, if you have a 75mm throttle body, you really need a 75mm Y-Pipe to feed it properly. The Y-pipe can be powder coated in any color and there is a hose color choice, too.

You can see some additional information and pictures of all the components on our web site: http://www.speedtechexhausts.com/page42.html

Hi Richard,

The complete kit with silicon hoses (choice of color), Y-pipe and all hardware is $1125.00 (6speed price), plus $129.00 to powercoat the Y-pipe (optional). Yes, it will connect to all intercoolers. We will provide an adapter to connect to the OEM style fittings or the kit without adapters will fit 2 1/2" intercoolers such as the EVOMS.

We also have an option to reuse the OEM hoses and connect to the SpeedTech Y-Pipe for $100 less cost.

Both installations are fairly straight forward and do not take very long. I would figure 1-2 hours for a first time install (closer to 1 hour).

Richard,

I would allow 1.5 hours. There is some measuring and trimming involved, as the kit is universal and designed to fit any and all IC applications. The bulk of the installation is the same for all cars - you remove the OEM Y-Pipe and replace it with our 75mm version. Then, if you utilize the OEM boost hoses, you remove the OEM Y-Pipe fittings on the Y-pipe end and use our adapters to connect from out Y-pipe to the existing OEM hoses. This is a relatively simple "transition hose" and a short, straight aluminum connector installation with hose clamps to secure (about 10 minutes).

If you go all the way to the intercoolers with our enlarged silicon hose, then there is some additional measuring and trimming involved. You must pre-measure and trim the hose to length in order to obtain correct fit for the IC's that are installed. One short piece of hose is attached to each IC. Longer angled silicon hoses are run from the Y-pipe to the short hoses originating from the IC's. An aluminum angle piece supplied is trimmed to the appropriate length and makes the connection between the two hoses. Complete instuctions with diagrams are included.

If you are not comfortable with the DIY, any professional shop can do it in an hour or two...IMO, it is one of the easiest DIY's I have ever done on this car. For instance, I feel it's easier and more enjoyable than swapping out an exhaust.

Here is a picture of the connection to OEM hoses. As you can see, it's a relatively simple connection.
