Instrument Cluster.... Help

I need to replace my instrument cluster, and I found a good deal.
BUT, the one I found is from a US car. Do you know if it is possible to switch the digital readings between Imperial and Metric Units? And languages?Any of you tried this?

I can do this with mine, but I was wondering if there are differences between clusters produced for "rest of the world market" and "USA market". At least I think that there is such "distinction" labeled behind the cluster, near the part#..

Can you help me?

Thanks.
