Yeah Gary, just had to put someone back in their place

Buddy you have an awesome ride!!!!!! The pics and desriptions can only tell half the story........ you gotta see it and hear it to believe it!! You didn't even talk about the aluminum billet that swaps out for the 15" LCD to watch........... well watever you like. Great meeting you and glad you had a safe, very fast ride home.
Todd,
By the looks of your new signature and your "kid in a candy store" demeanor the other day, I would say YOU GOT THE BUG!!
Congratulations! That is great!!
Did you order any new parts yet?

Working 03c4s for his rims........ if that doesn't pan out I am going Buddy's direction and chrome up the twists. I would actually like to do a black chrome like my tips. At $500 a wheel it's a bargain and leaves plenty in the budget for HP

Damn that's quite the show of cool 996TTs. And I thought we were ballers on this side of the country. I have to say Fred and Endra's TechArt TTs are the most sexy on this side. Actually Oak's is a proven competition winner too. My favorite black one is David VA's... He's got a lot of cool toys but it also looks wicked with that GT2 wing and front aero kit TT spoiler. Very sauve..
Ah just saying it like it is man. I spent most of the time either directly behind you on the way down. It just sits so low and when it comes up from behind looks mean with that rear wing and Tech art front.
You probably had to Zaino all of the drool off of your car from all the folks that were looking at it at the Autofest.

Alex, did you take any pics? If so, please email to fc@qualys.com
and you're car too is sweet. Loved the sound ;-)

Hehe thanks man. I put the tips on correctly so it doesn't look so wacky anymore
PS I had some great pix (at least I thought so until I got home) but the flash memory card is corrupted
I had some really good ones of you in motion at high speed too... Next time.

buddy,
I am surprised GIAC doesn't have the mapping for the 700 hp yet. Is there currently a 700 hp Stage V running on the road? Are you going to be performing a dyno run with your car now to find out what you really have at this time?
Regarding boost, do you know for sure what you are running? The reason I ask is the maximim boost used on the "cjv/ s car go" dyno runs (without CO2 or Nitrous) was <1.25 bar (18.38 pounds). That produced 614 rwhp and 598 rwt. Twenty-one pounds or 1.43 bar isn't required to obtain 700 flywheel hp. I have found in past dyno testing, you gain about ten hp for each tenth of a bar increase with K-24's. I don't have a figure for my larger turbo's but I would be surprised to see more than a 14 hp gain for each tenth bar increase.
Anyway, please have your own dyno performed so we can see the actual rwhp, rwt and afr's.
