How much more engine noise is there inside the car vs a stock TT for those of you who have had or driven both ?

had both. if u rate it from 1 to 10, 10 being the loudest, GT2 is about 3 louder than stock TT. not too much louder.

A fair amount of the extra noise is due to the different suspension.

The GT2 really isn't that much louder. It's just that the Turbo is too quiet-- too much sound deadening material.

Louder is better............. If you want quiet get a Bentley hahaha

Im use to a GT3R so a street car is quiet to me even when its ridiculously loud.

Agreed and also the GT2 exhaust has a little bit louder tone over the Turbo.

So how does GT2 loudness compare to X50 given they both have same turbos and exhaust?

I havent been in an X50, but the GT2 has less sound insulation than a Turbo, will have a small effect.

well its mainly all foam which doesn't weigh a lot per se but it does make a massive difference to driving the car
