I don't really see what is wrong with that, most of us do those kinds of speeds on a daily basis. But like the title of the post says "This guy could use a V-1" most of us have a form of countermeasures so we are lucky and usually avoid getting caught in every little city by the local smokes, as I see it this guy is stupid for not looking out for the police. At the time he was caught he was only doing 25-30 over the limit.
