Exclamation Tiptronic under pressure ?!

Is 1.0-1.1bar too much for the tip ?!

I am not racing my car everyday, we don't have in romania an circuit or a drag strip so lets say that from time to time i will race someone from a rolling start but not to often !

Thanks !

I don't think so; I'm normally at 1.3 and spike 1.4 sometimes. The boost doesn't really hurt the tranny, it is the torque.

With only the ecu and exhaust, I think 1.2 is pushing it. It is saver at 1.0 IMO.

I saw a few months ago when vividracing made a 996tt k16 that the boost was 1.1...
The spike is like 2 seconds then 1.1bar, my friend who is the dealer of SKN Germany in Romania told me that is ok and I am worried to much... hope that they know what are they doing
