Anyone ever dealt with them?
They seem to have unbelievably good lease rates, and they're a factory authorized Bentley dealer.

Just checked the BBB site about them. There were 43 complaints in 36 months.
To put that in perspective, the average number of complaints at other "highline" dealerships in the Chicagoland area is 5.22 in 36 months.
The second highest offender appears to be all of the Fletcher Jones owned dealers (BBB groups them together), with 22 complaints in 36 months.
