Having just done the conversion today (thanks dick_997!) in 5-6 hours, I can say that you do not need the radiator brackets nor do you need to cut the hard coolant lines. For the lower radiator bracket, you just have to tweak the mounting point for the upper bracket slightly so they are at the proper pitch for the for the new angle of the radiator. For the coolant lines, just follow the Titan post and you should be good to go.

Having driven cars both ways at high speed, I can tell you the aerodynamic difference is quite apparent between a non-functional and functional conversion. The car without the radiator and ducting changes felt very floaty at high speeds.
