Visor mirror hinge repair- help

After almost 10 years, the hinges on my visor mirrors have dried and cracked. Has anyone figured out a solution other than complete visor replacement? TIA

Mad Ness----Both of my mirror covers are disconnected from the visors. I can leave them off and not have mirror lighting which is controlled by the cover's closing and opening. I am on the prowl for new ones in Graphite Gray.

OK- problem solved. I purchased two new mirror cradles from Vertex and repaired my original visors; they look and work like new. The repair/replacement was easy and took 10 minutes per visor.
