yeah. unfortunately there is no video footage. that car beat me hard on launch. he said his 0-60 was 3.8. it took me about a 1000 feet to catch it and I put 2-3 car lengths on it at the 1/4 mile.

335xi was automatic and boltons. He runs 12.5 on the street.

My E55 was .6 seconds faster in the fall then it was in the summer.

Last night was about 80 and the air was very damp, you could literally see mist in the air.

The conditions were the same for both of us though, so it was still fun.

Keep in mind this is a 12.3 on the street not a prepped dragstrip

tough thing about going up against this particular one is, its auto and awd. it is extremely consistent on the street, and always perfect reaction times.

So I went out for the first time last night to do som 60-130s. I came up with a dissapointing 8.9s with 1 shift and same time with 2 shifts. Thoughts?

997 ssk helps with the shifts. car just felt more sluggish starting in 3rd.

k24s, FVD tune, Cargraphic exhaust, Agency Power DVs+ F hose, 93 octane

not a good time, throw out the passenger and try again!

I've seen 9.0's with Flashed k16's and exhaust. So you should be better than high 8's without a passenger. I'm guessing low to mid 8's should be where your car can run.

and you are RWD so it should be low 8

go out alone and do some test if you can go lower on time maybe you should do some test maybe you have some leaks or something, when did you change the spark plugs?

i changed the plugs recently (3 months ago). i'll try going alone and maybe finding a better place to do it as well...

The user BOB'5 ran a 8.42 with K16 flash and exhaust, so I think there's more left on the table with your set up...first of all you have to leave the passenger at home..
