I was part of the last group buy from you guys, I must say I am not happy with how it worked out. I was not contacted about all of the delays, I had to chase things down on my own. After several months I was about to just have my card credited for a refund and was told they had a set for a coupe if I wanted it, I orderd a set for a Cabriolet. I took them because I was told that I would be sent the proper mat for the passenger side. This was several months ago and have not heard a thing since. I will only chase things for so long then my future business is lost.

Nothing personal Evan, I am sure that you guys are good to go and have many satisfied customers but I will never order anything from you again.

 

Sorry for your situation No Mercy. Let me explain what happened for everyone else as I do not want to "hide" any bad situations...
With the last group buy, our supplier in Germany had never done an 04 996 Cab, and therefore did not know about the different passenger mat due to the Bose Subwoofer that was added. No Mercy's mats came in, but had a coupe passenger mat (as I said they were still not aware of this new sub). We offered this set to him in the mean time while we waited for the new passenger mat to be made. He said that he would just wait for the other mat to come and have the whole set at once (Understandably expecting them in a matter of a few weeks). That mat took a couple months to be done as it happened to be right at the time all shops close in Germany for a 6 week Summer Holiday. Later on, he decided to take the set we had there with the coupe passenger mat and we sent him these right away.

Now as for not recieving the new passenger mat, I am pretty sure that came in awhile ago and went out to you?? Anyway if not, then it is completely our mistake and it was forgoten about... Unfortunatly somtimes an order does get misplaced, and it is unexcuseable, but like I said it does happen. I wish you would have pmed me, emailed me, or called me to tell me you have not recieved the part!! I cannot fix a situation if I don't know about it!!

These are not excuses by any means, simply stating what happened. It was unfortunate and we take full responsability for the mishap, and we really do appologize. My follow up was not what it should have been, as I was just starting college at this time and really did not have time to focus on FVD (again completely my fault). If you do decide to order somthing again in the future, I will make sure it is done, but I understand if you do not.

Bottom line is, we messed up and are very sorry for it. If you would still like the passenger mat please contact me and I will get it taken care of right away!!

Evan, as I stated in my post, nothing personal. I know you were busy and things do happen, but someone there should have taken care of this. I made thge effort to get this deal fixed several times and was told that you guys would make sure this got done. It didn't. As for the passenger side mat ... never seen it. I did not email you about it because I lost interest. I will just take my business alsewhere.

I will say, however, the mats are very nice.

 

I did not take your post personal at all, though it is partly my fault as I represent the company that you had a problem with!! If you should decide you would still like the passenger mat I would be more than happy to take care of it for you, just say the word!! Like I said if you should want/need somthing from us in the future, it is no problem, but I understand if you do not!!

I wish!! I have been without my baby for over 2 weeks now, since as some of you guys know im getting a really cool sound system installed. I should/hopefully have my car in 10 days. I think im going to be deaf with the 4 subs in the trunk lol.
