PCM 2.0 MOST (BOSE) to PCM 2.1

Has anyone tried fitting a PCM 2.1 into a PCM 2.0 MOST car (996)? Wondering if it's just a simple plug and play or if it will require extensive modification. Tried searching, but didn't find any specifics.

Thanks in advance.

I'd check with a vendor that has knowlege of the MOST system. As a blind guess, I'd think that it might work. I'm not sure why Porsche would spend the time to build new Amp and CD changer hardware to accomodate the new head unit. Companies have done dumber things than that, though, so I'm not putting my money where my mouth is.
