Seeking advice on Bilstein PSS9s
I just bought my car, a 2001 996TT, about three weeks ago. It came with a rather odd suspension setup. The front springs had been changed out to H&Rs. The only change to the rear was that the stock struts were adjusted a lower (I did not know you could do this, but maybe it is because my car is Canadian?).
The ride is very flat, but stiff and "clunky." In addition, the front is a little too low, and I understand that I can set it higher with coilovers.
So, I am entertaining the idea of switching to the Bilstein PSS9s. I like the idea that they are adjustable. So, I am wondering what settings those of you have the PSS9s are using, how you like the setup and what other settings you have tried. I have no current plans to track the car.
Any recommendations/advice would be greatly appreciated.
I am also posting this message on Rennlist.

They are like putting the car on rails. Totally takes the car to another level. Highly recommend. Not a cheap mod but worth every penny. That was the first mod I did to my car.
The second was Stage 2 with Europipe Stage 2 Loud. All 4 senses have been satisfied.
1. Increased speed
2. Increasd handling
3. Terrific sound
4. Looks (what's better then a lowered 996TT)
