New Rollbar
New Rollbar
Built a new rollbar for my car, being that im 6'6" I needed room. So kind of copied the best designs, out of .120 and .085 cm tubing. Connects to shock towers ect.. Offset plates made for the main hoop mounting legs. Kind of a major project but came out pretty nice. i dont think its going anywhere..lol..

Thanks, but uhhh, lets see about 40 hours @ 85.00 per +tubing + paint , hows 5000.00 sound ??? lmao This was a project for the long montana winter.
Actually you would have to make a jig and have the tubing pre bent and fishmouthed, and price would be inline with other cages. But the 1 off stuff takes insane time. I mocked up the cage in pvc and wood, then removed it and bent all my tubes and made the plates, tacked it togeather, test fit, modified it a few times (lol) then removed and final welded, then fill, primer and paint...the shock towers are also connected under the carpet and tied to the cage.
