Question Regarding Calif Smog Testing
Does anyone know if you have to smog test a car in Calif if it is retrofitted to an alternative fuel, specifically ethanol?

If you fit a carb legal natural gas system.... you are exempt (or so Im told by a customer in the process). I believe any other fuel you will still need to smog the car.
