We had a Kid 3 weeks ago and have had Zero time for the past few months to drive the car at all, Last night my friends asked me to go out to our local hangout. Out of the Blue 2 Mustangs show up PAA PAAA PPAAAA. Real old school stuff! My buddy with his Z06 says i'm going to ask him to race so he does and they said SURE! so he has no tire on, so they asked if i wanted to do it.
20 hours of Sleep in 2 weeks and all i smell is fuel. F_EN right i wanted to race.
So we went from a Dig, these guys Masive burnout! I'm like holy crap pull to the line already. My buddy flags us off and i Friken slept! he got me 2-3 cars out, I pull second gear and wooooshhhhhh SEE YEA! hit third i have him by 3-4 cars, 4th I'm off the gas putting on the breaks!! hit the end of the Quarter and i was like what happened?? then all i hear is him go by.
Great guy, he says no excuse you went by me like nothing!
he said he had a few issues with it popping running lean... it was 80 last night here so i would have said Rich but what ever. He wants to rematch after he fixes it, My buddy said it was him hitting the Limiter cause he was trying to catch me LOL.
Mustang: V1 t-trim, M/T drag radial, skinnies, it moved, anywhere from 10:50-11:00 i say
