997 GT2?

Hey Guys:

Time to buy a house this year and maybe make a quick swap of the 03 TT for an 05 TT S. That should keep me occupied for 2 years or so...

As I look out into the future, will there be a 997 GT2? If so, does anyone have any spyshots or specs they could share. I've really considered the Ferrari but I just don't think it's me...so I'd like to stay in the Porsche family.

997 GT2???

No one really knows yet. Although if there is one, I think it will make its way into my garage as well as some of the other GT2 owners.

A 997TT and 997GT3 will be produced as you probably have read, I forgot where the article was but thats what is stated along with chance a 997GT2 will not be a production car but they might build a few for select customers and it didnt state whether the U.S. or Europe, my guess would be Europe like the 993, but who knows, time shall tell.

Thanks for the info. I've been really considering what to do over the next two years. F430 is nice but I'm not an enthusiast. 997 GT2 is great but who knows when that will happen.

To be honest, I just learned about the RUF Rt 12 Turbo and I really like it. I like the idea of owning a RUF vehicle. The only question in my mind is the price point for the Rt 12.

Just curious. What's cheap? Are there dealers discounting the TTS Coupe?

Yeah, I've already talked to my salesguy and I am going to go see it this weekend. Not sure that it's such a smart move...but I'm not known for my smart moves when it comes to cars....

Yo, Tyson...that is an awesome ride but 300K is a bit excessive. Man, RUF really has this ****e down to a science.

Was happy to hear about your GT3 purchase. Definitely the best Porsche pound for pound, IMO. Now time to make the collection complete?????

after spending a couple days in OC, i started to think TTs were given away free in the welcome to OC package. they are everywhere! i bet you money though, if you got that 360 you know you really want, you'll be very happy you did.

You let out the secret! Free TT when you relocate to OC!...LOL

360CS is awesome...maybe it's a mental hurdle that I need to get past.

Good to see you at CC this weekend.

Good to see you too! IMO, a 360 would be better for you than a CS.

that is indeed a sweet car. no wonder u were asking for slate opinion... i like that car especially the wheel are painted GT silver (darker that normal silver) & it shows the PCCB well as well as the contrast to slate.

give me a call when u're down there.
