Going from 16G to Billets

That shows the GT28s for under $3k....am I missing something? Are there different wastegates (so I could pick one that produces less torque)?
Would I need additional mods to go with the Tials?

What do you think of these?
sounds like there is no more power to be had without spending at least another $5-6k on parts alone.
I am thinking I will just stay where I am...Thanks for the help! If I decide to cross this path in the future I will definitely go through you for things!

You can get a decent bump by doing plenum/tb/y-pipe. I am not even sure how much better the gen 1 k16/gt28s are vs. the 16gs. My friend has them oh his car and i like them for the type of driving we do (mostly canyon / road race), but I havent tried the 16gs, so cant compare. Anyone able to contrast who has driven both?
Because that involves modifying YOUR existing turbos. A new set of K24's is 3300. Not everyone had K24's on their car to begin with.
I agree very much with Blockhed, same experince
I saw those on Ebay as well. Are the GT28/K16 turbos made in a similar manner to the K16/16G as in just a compressor upgrade to a stock K16 or is there more to them. Are those the ones that used to come on the Evoms GT6XX packages or is that a different GT28 turbo altogether?
