Had the same issue w/ my old setup, ruptured 2 lines with a bigger fuel pump. Finally solved my problem by purchasing an aeroquip 400psi (I think) high pressure hose line. That thing will not rupture period. Go to a marine shop.. cost you 5 bucks maybe.. I can't remember.

So you took the old pump and had a high pressure line put on it?

Yep.. had too. Who wants to be driving a 911TT broken down on the side of the street. Sucks man. So yeah, putting that on fixed it and gave me confidence that it wont rupture again. Check it out at least., it worked for me and I didn't have to spend $$$ on it.

Ok / here are the PIC's for the POS fuel pump

Since I have the broken fuel pump I have nothing to loose... I think I will take that on as an experiment and do some testing... Thanks for the idea. i need to go dig out the old one from the trash now...
