Who's "GT2RS"?
But I don't mean that in a bad way!
It's always a pleasure to read threads that are belittling people and their choices, oh what a supportive, friendly community we have here on 6speed!!! I especially love the “No offence to the owner” part, then telling them what a loser they are..............
So the guy puts a wrap on the car and badges it a GT2 RS, so what. He hasn’t put on anything that cannot be removed, and it still keeps with the look of a 997 GT2 (minus the wiper), so I say good effort!
Actually, I look at the car and say WOW this guy must love his car and has spent a lot of time, money and effort in getting it to look how he wants it. Well done, but you can’t really comment any further on how well the car looks as the photograph posted (No offence to the photographer) is crap (just keeping to the theme).

well, I think anyone can badge a car how they see fit. However, when someone asks at a car meet, and they will, if the car is a GT2RS and the guy answers yes, then shame on him for passing it off as such. If he answers honestly and says no, then good for him, but I really doubt that anyone who badges a car as such will say it is not. He's already telling a lie by installing that badge. Who is he lying to, himself?
I don't care one way or the other, but I got take one by a scam like this. The car was badged and sold as it was badged and I paid the extra that the badge brought, only to find out that it was not after the fact. There were not the days of the internet access, so I had no choice and had to buy before someone else did. I paid the price.

Did you have the yellow Turbo with black wheels? If so, your car is very nice. My friend was drooling over it.
Yes, I have the yellow turbo with black wheels. Thanks for the compliment.
