Agreed GT30's are a bit Much for a DE car infact a really good driver would probably go slower with GT30's versus a gt28 hybrid.

its not all about horsepower on the road course its spool, and under the curve power and not upsetting the suspension when the power comes on.

GT 30's would be horrible track turbos, unless the track is straight.

Yes the lag is noticeable in the 18G compared to 16G. The 18G pulls where the 16G dies on the top end, other than that 16G has loads of TQ in the low end and really great for street and track. 18G IMO is very linear and makes more power in the higher rpms.

I like both , but prefer 16G for street/track duty.
How do you do now with your K24/18g at the track.....do what 2muchtime said to go back a gear??
