I recently purchased a 2002 Rturbo and it has been great except for an occassional hesitation when changing from 1st to 2nd gear. Because of this I replaced my MAF two days ago along w. installing a new Evoms Synthamax air cleaner for the VFlow. Yesterday, while waiting at a traffic light the CEL came on.

I purchased a code scanner and it shows the following: P0174system too lean (bank 2)

Any idea, if this is related to the Synthamax or the new MAF? Should I install the stock air box? Can I still drive the car?

Here's a copy of the Porsche OBDII manual for the fault P0174.... First item on the trouble shooting list : Check if your oil filler cap is properly installed ? And after you can check the maf voltage. There is a simple test you can do:http://www.renntech.org/forums/index...af-basic-test/
