Love the TURBO Hayabusa!

I'm currently switching from a BMW R1200GS Adv. to a Ducati 1200 Multistada. Gotta love the HP.

I talked to the dealer about the lack of service records. He thinks it was serviced routinely and he's going to contact the original selling dealer and see what they have. They are currently going through the CPO checklist and doing a DME dump so I can review it. After it's complete and I find out about the service records, I'll make a decision about doing an independent PPI.

I received a call today and was told it was serviced by a Porsche dealer and they are working on getting service record copies. If the records check out, I'm thinking of making a high 40 offer and see what they say.

Sounds like a reasonable plan.

Let us know how the PPI turns out.

At the right price it is an OK deal, but recognize the cost to fix those issues properly...
