No matter how big your shop ... The owners never have time to get there cars worked on.. LOL. Customers first.
Luckily we had a break from all the racing in ALMS and World Challenge and we got the engine back together ready to be put back in the car..
Here are a few pics with some new tricks

We did a few things:
Head gaskets
Valve job with upgraded guides and seats.
New valve springs
O- ringed the cylinder heads
New turbo inlet hoses for the engine
New turbos
The rear bumper is our own center exit bumper conversion for the 996TT and GT2..

Looks like a very well done and professional job. Can you explain the o-ring in the head. I can see a groove and on the second shot a bronze ring but it looks like flush with the head ???? Keeps us inform of the final result. Thanks for the pictures....

Thanks fella's
We use an upgraded head gasket and O ring the heads so we can run more boost and we aren't worried about lifting the head up and blowing through head gaskets.
The turbos are now also water cooled so we plumbed hard lines into the main coolant circuit to cool the turbo's down.
The goal was not build some crazy horsepower monster.. But instead to have a reliable package that could withstand extensive track duty.. Don't get me wrong 1000 hp engines are cool but often time they just don't live very long.
Even with all the old set up and old RA-1's we were able to get down to a mid 1.26 with James at the wheel @ WSIR and that was over 2 years ago.. Not bad for a car with a full interior and full weight.
