:::Getting Ready:::
Then I will make it simple for you all. You do NOT have a problem with Akram. You have a problem with me. PERIOD.
Akram was merely the horse, I was cracking the whip. He was there to support MY operation at MY request.
If you have a complaint, you bring it to ME. If you have a legitimate complaint, have your lawyer call ME.
You have NOT dropped it. It has been over a week since your claim. Yet you continue to go on and on about it.
I will stop it here. Make a claim, or shut up. Drama queens like you really need to get a life!
Unlike so many losers online I will back up everything I say. I don't race to settle a dispute. I sue. It's what I pay my lawyers to do.
Real men don't talk about fighting. They fight. You want to be reimbursed, then sue me.
*****es just *****.
Which are you?

Second I do have a complaint, but it is with the driver of the truck. Akram was driving very dangerously and putting not only my life in danger but My brother's, Cousin's, Best friend, Best friends fiancé, and another good friend. That day was exactly 2 weeks since are father pasted away, and we damn sure didn't want to lose another Family member or Friend! I just hope Motorwerks treats there customers better then the people on the road.
Third it doesn't matter if it has been a week or a year since the event, what happened was very childish. Putting people life in-danger doesn't brush off you shoulders that easily. Also it didn't help that while cutting me off the truck threw a massive amount of rocks at my NEW TO ME CAR!
Fourth if I have a problem I don't run to my lawyer and cry over spilled milk, I confront people! We use are lawyer to handle much bigger deals! I don't know why you keep bring them up, are you trying to flex your wallet to us and make us oh so jealous? If so its not working sorry!
Fifth you sure use alot of big word, did you go to the Junior-High and have them educate you on talking mess? We are adults we don't have to put a cus word in ever sentence to make us look big and bad.

In the beginning, a simple "man, I'm sorry if we cut you off", would have sufficed here. But this chest thumping, "step up", sue you, sue everybody attitude is probably the wrong direction to head since we all live here and run in the same circles. So, l I doubt you were cracking the whip at Akram to run people off the road. He's not your BOY. Show some respect and settle down. Group hug.

.If I get some time tonight I'll call Akram and talk to him, as it's been awhile since we've talked aside from seeing each other at a lunch meet a few weeks ago. I'm sure he'll get a kick out of him being a puppet for Frank (well that's how Frank makes it sound).

.Maybe we should let the affected parties handle this situation between themselves, with out the third party comments.
Os,
That's hardly chest thumping. Because , if indeed some one cut me off the road and my best freind and stones hit my car , you best believe I would yank them out of their car by their ears and take care of business ... Just saying

I will go back to my original statement of "nothing of the sort happened". There was no dangerous driving. I was in the truck with him. We came up on the party in the porsche and they moved aside. We passed them and continued on. It was a straight four-lane road.
Any claims to the contrary is simply a lie. Akram and I were in a hurry to get back to Houston. He was driving for my benefit. Therefore, I accept responsibility for any problems anyone has with Akram regarding the Texas Mile weekend. Akram knows exactly what is happening, here.
If I thought, for even a moment, that we were even remotely responsible for ANY damage to anyone else's vehicle, I will be the first one to offer to pay for the complete repair/replacement of said damage.
Since nothing of the sort happened, the I will tell the whiney-assed crybaby to F@&* OFF!
I will back that statement with everything I have; my fists, my money, and/or my attornies.
So, Sean, are you willing to host a "conversation" to resolve this? I am certainly willing to participate under any officially established set of rules the other party will agree to.
