My PSI ECU is in...WOW!!

I had the opportunity to get the ECU flashed in my 996TT and a customer's GT2 recently and all I can say is WOW!

The incliment weather in Boston lately has prevent us putting any real miles on either car to give a full and proper review, but a short blast in each certainly confirmed the companies claims and dyno plots as being accurate.

The boost certainly comes on very strong quite early and kept building to the top end. The graphs I had looked at on the PSI site showed a lot more area under the curves than most other tuners chips I compared to and have used in the past. And even the short drive confirmed this to be the case. I wound out 1st and 2nd gears down a straight and couldn't help but to giggle like a school girl the entire way....good thing I was alone or it could have been embarrising

I want to thank Neil Orton of Orton Performance ( a board sponsor) and PSI for getting us hooked up with these new programs...dealing with them has been a pleasure and I'm more than happy with thir products so far. The are a welcome addition to the US tuner/performance market.

I'll post a full review and some dyno plots of my own once the wether clears up around here....probably sometime in August!!

[BTW: For more information on PSI Motorsports please visit www.psi-experience.com For more information on Orton Performance please visit www.ortonusa.com] I'm not affiliated with either...just a happy customer with many years tuning and racing experience....

also check out their euro site for specs and tech info in tuning packages and videos, etc...:

Way to go Neil! Can't wait to see the dyno results. I was also thinking of going with PSi, but was advised to go with the 550HP kit. What puzzles me is that my GT2 dyno'd stock 426 and 454 HP to the wheels respectively. So what gain am I getting....perhaps a more aggressive map? Would love to see your dyno asap.
