I wear my helmet wherever I go. Store, club, you name it... I'm balling out with it on...

And as far as cages and street cars. If we are talking a hoop setup such as a 6pt cage then it was built wrong if you smack your head on it... Now full cage (through dash) then yes it is more likely to hurt you if you are in a wreck.

Yeah the roll cage might not be a good thing for Jitsu. Once his head starts to rattle around it might never stop bouncing around. Kinda like a perpetual motion (large) ping pong ball.
