my slave is badd

am thinking of trying the gt2 slave and accumulctor thing well change over from 01tt to getting rid of that stuff any ideas of how much the cost is and how heavy the clutch will feel have a lwf now thanks in advance. have week left leg as a result of my stroke

Hey Steve we've seen these fail now regularily on the 997tt as well. I'm a little concerned about the level of input required to push the clutch pedal after your ordeal try a regular gt2/gt3 clutch pedal first just to get an idea/feel before doing anything.

damn, they failed on 997tt's as well? Mine failed on my 996tt before. ugh

This was my favorite mod and I had it done while I was upgrading clutch and the inlet piping so no extra labor.

But as Sharky mentioned its quite a big increase in leg muscle needed. I liked it but I think I had higher than normal tolerance for the work involved. The guys I sold my car to commented on how tough it felt to them. Different feel for everyone.

tried a gt2 clutch today did not drive the car just felt the clutch seemed ok for my weak leg guess that will be my next mod.......

So why is it that the slave fails so easily on the 996 and 997? You would have figured they got it right with the 997?
