So I bought my car and it came with a Lemans B&B Exhaust. It sounds pretty good and beastly but I want something a bit more aggressive.
I attempted to search for B&B exhaust reviews and I found pretty old threads and was wondering if they have gotten better over the past couple years or not. Mine has about 4k miles on it and looks great and I like the sound, but I think I am looking for a different sound.
Any ideas on what it's worth and how is the B&B as far as power goes. I have the GT610 Kit on my car.

 

Don't have an answer for ya, but are ya interested in selling your exhaust? I just barely lost on eBay auction for a set today...

I agree on the B&B. One thing though is, that system is pretty aggressive sounding as far as standard aftermarket exhaust options go. Markski builds a nice custom system and is a great guy to deal with. There are many here on 6speed. Sounds like he can fab up something custom for you that will sound better not just louder. It will work way better than a B&B for sure.

 

I like mine, it's sounds aggressive, not too loud, and minimal drone. But at 2.5", it's not the best to extract the most power

 

For me sounds is secondary to power.

I want to know back pressures and CAT performance (not all "100 cell" cats are the same)... once I know I am comparing apples to apples, THEN look at (or listen to )sound.

 

They do sound pretty cool. Had B&B on an NSX and Vette in the past.

Can't go wrong with any of the high end vendors on this site. I would recommend you take a look at SPI system. I love mine (they custom ceramic coated my tips) and it looks and sounds amazing on my car.

 

B&B is not so great of a system. Fabspeed did a comparo with B&B stuff a while back. My preference is a Speed Tech or 911tuning system both in 3".
