What kind of awhp/rwhp do you gain/realize from a simple stage 2 setup (exhaust, diverter valves, ecu)?

What differentiates stage 1 from stage 2?

Are these just "software stages" or then does stage 3 involve new turbos?

Just trying to figure it out as a present for the father.

the stage II with exhaust etc., adds about 90hp.

90hp at the crank or at the wheels?
Is 400+rwhp attainable with a Stage 2?

Yep, my level 2 (FVD) made 468RWHP . GIAC is a good deal above 400 as well.
